Registration tool for table tennis
Setup
If you want to announce a public tournament, you can use TT-Match’s "Tournament Registration" tool to create a registration page.
You only need to provide a few details – for example, "number of participants", "number of substitutes", etc. – and you’ll receive a link that players can use to sign up.
The registration tool also supports email notifications. As an admin, you can choose whether a confirmation email is sent or not.
You can then copy and paste the registered players directly into a TT-Match tournament.
To use the Tournament Registration tool, you first need to
register. You’ll then find the tool in your dashboard.
The Tournament Registration tool is currently available free of charge.
Tool features
- As an admin, you decide whether participants must confirm their registration/email or not. If yes, then
- the player will receive an email confirming that they are registered as a participant or as a substitute.
- a substitute will be notified by email when they move into the participant field.
- each player can unsubscribe with one click using the link in the registration email.
- As an admin, you define the number of participants and substitutes.
- As an admin, you specify the period during which registration is open.
- As an admin, you decide whether player names are shown publicly or displayed in masked form, e.g., Axxxxxxe.
- As an admin, you can export all participants after registration has closed.
