Tournament registration made easy

If you announce a public tournament, you can create a tournament registration page using TT-Match’s “Tournament Registration” tool. You only need to provide a few details – e.g. “number of participants”, “number of substitutes”, etc. – and you’ll receive a link where players can sign up as participants.

The tournament registration also supports email sending. As an admin, you can specify whether a registration confirmation is sent or not.

You can link a tournament registration directly to an existing tournament in the dashboard.

You can then easily transfer the participants to a TT-Match tournament.

Tournament registrations for multiple tournaments can be grouped under a competition.

To use the “Tournament Registration” tool, you must first register and then purchase TT-Match PRO (annual license) or upgrade a tournament (TT-Match Event).

Tool features

As an admin, you decide whether participants must confirm their registration/email or not. If yes, then
  • the player will receive an email confirming that they are registered as a participant or as a substitute.
  • a substitute will be notified by email when they move into the participant field.
  • each player can unsubscribe with one click using the link in the registration email.
As an admin, you define the number of participants and substitutes.
As an admin, you specify the period during which registration is open.
As an admin, you decide whether player names are shown publicly or displayed in masked form, e.g., Axxxxxxe.
As an admin, you can export all participants after registration has closed.
